To help reproduce the issue faster, include the page path, QR type, export format, device, browser, and exactly what went wrong.
When relevant, also include the encoded content type, the steps you took, and whether the issue happened in preview, after export, or after printing.

If a QR code looks correct but scans poorly, mention the size, colors, contrast, margin, file format, and where it was tested.
Real-world conditions matter. If possible, note whether the issue appears on screen, in print, on packaging, on paper, or in low light.
